Munich offers a lot of sightseeing opportunities - but where to begin ?
The Top Ten famous places are Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, Hofbräuhaus, or Englischer Garten. To get more informations about sightseeing places in Munich or currently ongoing events we suggest a visit of the touristic information center located at Marienplatz (stop "Marienplatz": subway's U3, U6 and all suburban trains ) in the town hall. The shop is highlighted by an "I" sign.

Christmas Markets & More

During Christmas time there are many big Christmas Markets, including the large winter Tollwood, but also smaller markets, where you can buy Christmas souvenirs and the typical Glühwein.

There is nothing better than to end an adventurous day in the city with visiting the theater, going to the cinema or having a drink in the club of your favorite taste. All a night in Munich can offer can be found in the daily issue of the newspapers "AZ" or "TZ" or online under
